If someone from DIGITALTUGA called or wrote to your business, this page answers the two questions you probably have.
Where did you get my number?
From your own business's public listing. We build our contact lists ourselves, only from sources any member of the public can see:
- your business profile on Google (Google Business Profile / Google Maps);
- OpenStreetMap — business directory data © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence;
- official commercial registries and public business directories;
- your own website or public social pages.
We never buy contact lists, and we only contact businesses — with a human caller, one call at a time, about a service relevant to your business (websites and software). If a call is recorded, you are told at the start.
I don't want to be contacted again
That is your absolute right, and honouring it is our strictest internal rule. Two ways, both permanent:
- On the call: just say "don't call again". The agent adds your number to our exclusion list immediately.
- By email: write to geraltugadigital@gmail.com with the phone number (or email) and business name. No explanation needed.
Once on the exclusion list, your contact is never called or messaged again. We keep only the minimum (the number/email itself) — that is what blocks future contact. If you also want your business removed from our records entirely, say so in the same email and we will delete everything else too.
Your rights
Full details — what we hold, for how long, and all your GDPR rights — are in our privacy policy. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt), or to the authority of your own country.
One caution about impersonation
Our only official email is geraltugadigital@gmail.com. If anyone claiming to be DIGITALTUGA asks you for card details, passwords, or payment from a different address, it is not us — please report it to that same official email.
